Poe: Language Lens

I just launched a utility app for language learners on Android called Poe. It lets you hover words on your phone on ANY app or screen and get a popup dictionary. Now I’m doing a marketing run before jumping back to more features. Can’t build it on iPhone because they restrict this kind of thing. Google Play link.

Visited Thailand

I visited Thailand for New Years. Sadly I got a bad fever and cough on day 2 and was mostly restricted to wandering around Bangkok at night. I found it to be mostly like a Las Vegas kind of experience and it left a (literal) bad taste in my mouth. Maybe I’ll try again some day.

Japan

I moved to Japan about two years ago. I’m diligently studying Japanese every day and attending a language school. Learning Japanese is the hardest thing I’ve ever done.
